Andrew has 6 years’ progressive working experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, quality assurance and organizational development processes. He has worked with both national and international projects, and currently working with a USAID supported project as both the M&E and quality improvement head.
The Enabling Support Foundation focuses on improving people and institutions which is not far from Andrews’s educational background that’s people and institutional oriented in fields of social work, community psychology, project planning and management specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Andrew is passionate about human and institutional growth. He has managed to help improve many lives through working for organizations that help improve lives of the unfortunate vulnerable people such as orphans and vulnerable children, those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. This has helped inspire Andrew continue helping individuals and grass root NGOs to maximize their potential henceforth joining Enabling support foundation team.
