This is the registration form for those interested in the Enabling Support Foundation Educational Collaboration Initiative.  The purpose is to describe the group or individual and the desired collaborative group or individual.

Collaborative projects can be national or international and are focused on the interaction among students.  Special project refers to specific activities aimed at a curriculum goal while special needs refers to students with physical or learning disabilities.
