INDEX Receive a listing of subject headings that you can use to request individual messages: SET Celiac INDEX |
NOINDEX Switch from INDEX to receiving individual messages: SET Celiac NOINDEX |

MIME This option is useful with selected mail programs for the bursting of the digest into individual messages. It must be used in conjunction with the DIGEST: SET Celiac MIME |
NOMIME Some mail programs, when used in the MIME mode do not provide the complete text of individual messages. In that case it should be turned off: SET Celiac NOMIME |
